I analyse user recordings & heatmaps & user feedbacks to improve websites' usability and company's conversion rates. I find issues within the flow and create solutions for the problems noticed. Doing that, I'm learning feature prioritization and the role that communication and collaboration plays in developing a product.
I’ve worked from scratch on already shipped features and parts of the product, but I've also been highly involved in some new, bigger additions to the brand, so that my experience covers both in B2C, B2B products. Additionaly, my new 2025 responsability is advising on UX of a SaaS application.
